    Located in the Old Historic District of McAllen, Maria's is staple neighborhood family restaurant. My family in the area are regulars here so I stopped in to check it out for myself for breakfast. Prices are very reasonable and food quality is as good as home cooking, including the home made flour tortillas.

    I had the Migas a la Mexicana, which adds tomato, jalapenos, and onion to the corn tortilla and egg scramble. It is a local TexMex specialty that I crave in Los Angeles. Well, I got my fix and will return for more. Highly recommended. I'm sure you will find your favorite menu item.

    This little Mom and Pop place is good, we didn't have to many choices. Service was good, but I don't know if I would return.

    The food is delicious the service is awesome the only negative thing I can say is that I wish it would stay  open later.
